The gorgeous vibrant Vireya rhododendron `Java Lights' ! This plant originates in the tropical regions of Asia and grows beneath larger trees, so it likes some heat and dappled shade. The flowers last for months and it's a bright accent plant that grows well in all frost free areas of New Zealand. It likes plenty of water and a free draining soil. Try one of the huge variety of vireayas in your garden, or as a house plant if you live in a frost prone area.
